- Escalations pause — they don’t proceed. When an agent needs a person and doesn’t get one, the work parks in a resumable state and waits. It never guesses in order to finish.
- You loosen the gates, not us. As a workflow proves itself you decide which steps run unattended. Keeping approvals on everything is a valid configuration, not a failure.
